The winner will receive one rack of their choosing: a Power Up Flat Rack or a Power Up Bike Rack, with an approximate retail value between $2500 - $3000. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on 2/10/25 and notified via phone and email within 2-3 business days. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Power Up Rack to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Power Up Rack from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate these terms will be disqualified. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah and any disputes shall be resolved in The Second District Court of Davis County.
