Customer service and open communication is our top priority. Power Up Rack will contact you to confirm your in home consultation appointment before arrival.
Power Up Rack will inform you when your personalized rack is nearing completion to schedule the installation appointment. Installation is typically 3-5 hour, and we will unimpeded access to your garage.
During the installation appointment, Power Up Rack accepts liability in the rare event an accident should occur during install (has never happened) provided your garage is free from clutter surrounding the installation work area and no pets and no non-employees enter the installation area.
Power Up Rack will ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the installation. The installation technician will fully test the rack to ensure the rack operates as expected. Weight will be placed on the rack to demonstrate the weight capacity of the rack, 600 pounds for Power Up Flat Rack and 300 pounds for Power Up Bike & Golf Rack. You, the customer, will have the opportunity to ask questions and run the rack with the weight loaded. Once this is complete, the customer and technician will review instructions, recommended maintenance, cautions, warranty and select warranty period.
After installation, the warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. The guarantee is void if a load heavier than the stated and disclosed weight capacity is attempted, the rack is moved or modified in any way, or is used for unintended purposes. If the rack should fail in anyway, the customer must act with prudence and due diligence, documenting proof of rack failure, including photos at time of failure.
Once installation is complete, Power Up Rack does not assume liability of property damage or loss, personal injury up to and including death. If necessary, mediation will be used in any disputes.
Power Up Rack, design and trademark are subject to copyright protection and our product is to be used strictly for residential non-commercial use.
We encourage ratings and reviews for our company, customer service and product. We strive to be a five star company and exceed your expectations. If there are problems or concerns, we kindly request you to alert us and allow the opportunity to rectify the situation.
When posting reviews, we ask for no hate speech, bullying, personal or commercial promotions, spam, etc.
We reserve the right to disable user accounts and remove anything from the website deemed inappropriate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

50% deposit is required to place your order and schedule installation date. The balance is due at time of installation.

Cancellation and Refund policy:

Any cancellation must be sent in writing to contact@poweruprack.com
Cancellations prior to seventy two hours after contract or deposit will receive a full refund.
Cancellations after seventy two hours will be assessed a cancellation fee of $300.
Cancellations requested after ten calendar days from contract will incur a cancellation fee of $500.
Cancellations within two days of your installation date will not receive a deposit refund.
